1)My specialty is full body, no draping required. Swedish style; of course…I am also experienced in a wide variety of other modalities as well. I can give a nice firm deep tissue, or perhaps my feather light touch will tickle your fancy.
2)Most of my sessions are free style using a combination of strokes, I might move Firmer here and lighter there. All that I do is customized to fit your needs at the time.
3)I just allow myself to feel your body and what it is saying it needs. I intuitively find all your knots and areas with tension and work to gently release tension & tightness, so you can once again find comfort.
I use unscented high end Sold at Wholefoods, oils and lotions, so, if you like them they are able to be bought locally. I do have scented oils and lotions upon request. (a hot steamy towel table bath)
It is ok to relax and talk freely with me. I like to know what is on your mind and what your needs are. I am easy going and want to give you the pressure and style you want and need.
